The employee agrees to provide the necessary information at the Company’s request, including personal data and documents (passport, education diplomas).
The employee must:
- sign the offer and the NDA;
- comply with the Company’s NDA;
- comply with the working conditions specified in the offer or the B2B employment contract.
- 8 hours per day, from 09:00 to 18:00 CET
(including a 1-hour lunch break).
- The work schedule may change depending on:
- employee’s location;
- business trips;
- specifics of the position.
¶ 🧳 Absences, Vacations, and Sick Leave
In case of:
- business trips;
- sick leave;
- vacations,
the employee must:
- inform their manager and agree on the dates of absence;
- submit a request in the HRM system;
- contact the Company’s HR.
¶ 🖥 IT, Software, and Access Issues
For all issues related to:
- hardware;
- digital products;
- software;
- digital security,
the employee must contact the Company’s system administrator.
The system administrator also assists with:
- setting up notifications;
- synchronizing calendars from different resources;
- other technical matters.
In case of loss of access to work equipment, the employee must immediately contact a Company representative:

This contact information must be saved or remembered.
When traveling on business at the Company’s request, the employee is reimbursed for:
- travel expenses (according to approved Company policies);
- daily allowances (according to approved Company policies).
Daily allowance depends on the country of stay and is agreed individually:
- High-cost countries (UAE, UK, USA): $100
- Europe: $70
The Company reimburses:
- transportation;
- accommodation;
- per diem expenses.
For Sales and CEO, COO, CBDO:
- representation expenses with partners are compensated;
- limit: up to €50 per person per meeting;
- up to €100 in exceptional cases.
¶ Leave and Sick Days
- 21 vacation days per year
- Vacation may be split, but:
- at least one vacation must be no less than 10 consecutive days
Breakdown:
- 14 working days — vacation
- 7 days — day-off
- Day-offs may be taken no more than 2 days per month.
- Must be agreed with the team and C-level management in advance;
- Must be confirmed at least one month prior.
Public holidays are observed according to Central / Eastern Europe.
- 7 sick days are covered by the Company without a doctor’s certificate.
- For more than 7 days:
- a doctor’s certificate is required, or
- sick leave is taken at the employee’s own expense.
After 1 year of employment, the Company may individually consider training compensation for employees who:
- have worked at the Company for at least 1 year;
- commit to continuing cooperation for at least one more year;
- choose training that is applicable and useful for the Company.
Examples:
- professional development courses;
- seminars;
- conferences;
- language courses.
- Company compensates 70% of training costs.
- Approval is required from:
- the CEO;
- the direct manager.
If the employee leaves within 12 months after completing the training, they must reimburse the training costs proportionally to the time worked after training.
The Company provides the necessary work equipment depending on:
- position;
- individual technical requirements.
Additional devices or accessories are not compensated.
The employee agrees to:
- use work equipment exclusively for work purposes;
- avoid installing personal software;
- avoid entering personal data unrelated to work tasks;
- provide full access to work equipment and systems at the Company’s request.
Upon termination of cooperation:
- the Company has the right to reclaim the equipment;
- the employee may purchase the equipment considering depreciation;
- the amount is deducted from the final salary;
- additional payment may be required.
Before purchase, the employee must:
- provide access to the Company’s security service;
- allow formatting and deletion of all data and access from digital storage.
Digital security is a separate mandatory section.
The employee is obliged to:
- comply with all rules for using the Company’s equipment;
- follow all requirements for digital products and services.
The main internal communication channel of the Company is Mattermost.
